Cancellation policy
You can change or cancel your booking for free up to 1 week prior to your booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to change your booking and we will do our best to accommodate any last minute changes. In the event of a last minute cancellation the following fees apply:
– Until 1 week (7 natural days) prior to the tour date: Free Cancellation
– Within the week of the tour: 100% Cancellation fee.
E.G: If your tour is on the 7th of the month and you notify us on or before the 1st of the month we will proceed to complete a full refund for your ticket. If you cancel on the 2nd then there is 100% cancellation fee.
The tour starts the moment clients are picked up from their accommodation*
Minimum requirement
There are a minimum number of people needed to operate certain tours. We do our best to make sure every tour runs, keeping you well informed of the tour status. We always try to work with you to find a suitable arrangement if the tour is cancelled, like scheduling you on another suitable tour or a refund.
Conduct
All customers on SaClasta Wine Tours are expected to drink responsibly and behave appropriately considering other customers and the staff on the tour. We reserve the right to end the tour if behavior is deemed to be inappropriate or a customer is deemed to be too intoxicated.
Timings
We will notify you either by email, SMS or whatsapp the day before the tour you have booked informing you of your pick up time.
The pick up time is when we will meet you at your nominated pick up address. Failure to be there at the time specified may lead to us cancelling your booking with no refund, or a delayed pick up and a shortened tour with no refund. Please ensure you acknowledge receipt of the email, SMS or whatsapp.
Cleaning policy
If you leave any of the facilities in such a state that either professional or extensive cleaning is required there will be a professional cleaning charge in line with the level of input needed from cleaning services.
Terms and Conditions of our Gift Vouchers
We prefer names to codes and that’s why we personalise all our vouchers, Our clients aren’t just numbers to us! To redeem your voucher just let us know your name/message/who got it for you and we will sure remember!.
This voucher can not be exchanged for the monetary value of it.
Please select your date at your earliest convenience to secure your spot. Note that Sa Clasta Wine Tours only runs a type of tour a day with a maximum of 7 people per tour. If your preferred day is not available we will try our best to accommodate while you are on the island.
We run all our wine tours from April to October, from Monday to Saturday (both included).
When you proceed with your booking we will require an email address, a phone number and information regarding food allergies to organise the tour effectively. Please note this information will not be shared and it will only be used for the purposes of organisation.
All our tours are always organised from scratch, and so they never look the same.
It depends on availability and schedule. However, we always create contrasting experinces to provide a uller experience.

DISCLAIMERS
By booking a wine tour with us directly or via a third party it is understood that you are participating in an activity that involves the consumption of alcohol, foods and a certain level of physical activity. If you decide to engage in these activities you agree that you do so at your own risk and are voluntarily participating in these activities.
Sa Clasta Wine Tours will not take responsibility or liability for any personal injury or illness that results from engaging in one of our tours. By booking with us it is understood that you agree to assume all risks that may arise from walking/physical activity, the consumption of alcohol and foods and agree to release and discharge Sa Clasta Wine Tours from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown.
All alcohol and food is provided by the wineries we visit and they are always aware of any dietary requirements and or allergies that you have informed us of. We ALWAYS recommend comfortable footwear on our tours.
Sa Clasta reserves the right to make any last minute changes to the itinerary, however we will always strive to provide you with excellent quality and value and welcome feedback to improve our tour and customer’s experience.

Christmas Hampers Terms and Conditions
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Vins Nadal and we reserve the right to reject any order.
No alcoholic drinks cannot be sold to persons under 18 years of age. You will be required to sign on delivery. By ticking the acceptance of terms and conditions you are agreeing that you are legally able to purchase.
Sa Clasta Wine Tours works as a mediator and so Vins Nadal will be completing your order as well as dispatching it.
Once you complete an order request with us, your details will be sent to the winery to complete your order. You will receive an email with payment link within the next 24/48 hours and once payment has been completed you will be kept up to date with delivery and tracking information of your order.
Data protection: Your details will be sent to Vins Nadal for the purposes of the completion of your order. No details will be sent to any other company or for any other purposes than the one stipulated.
Orders will arrive within 15 days max once they leave the winery
The payment for your order includes VAT and any extra charges to deliver the wine to your country.
